Area 16 is as massive bunker located 100 feet below Palacio De Clemente where The Spanish Royal Family and high ranking members of The Spanish Government can go when there is a home-land security threat. The entrace to the situation room is carefully guarded and concealed from public view. In addition to this, it is covered by a 700 pound steel door which has 4 seperate locks all requiring a seperate key. King Phillipe V Clemente, Queen isabella V Clemente, General George Sailward, and Duke Samuel Creststeel each possess one of these keys.
