Biography[]
Robert Lukas Obrecht was born in 1692 in St. Gallen, Switzerland to Flamur and Annaliese Obrecht. When Robert was younger, he was very interested in politics, and he wanted to get involved. He constantly debated with his father about current problems in the world, and almost always won. Robert currently serves as Viceroy of Switzerland to Wuttermberg, Spanish region.
