(These charts only include military forces loyal to the current Monarch of the nation. This does not include little bandit guilds that privateer under the Spanish flag as there are too many to count, and it is likely that they would not devote blind loyalty to the leader of whatever nation they may be apart of.)

Q1.) How is the active military of a nation determined?
A1.) We determine active military by looking at the active military personnel on POTCO of a specific nation, within the guilds loyal to that nation, its government, and its sovereign, or elected leader.
Q2.) How is the reserve military of a nation determined?
A2.) We determine reserve military by looking at the inactive or retired military personnel on POTCO of a specific nation, within the guilds loyal to that nation, its government, and its sovereign, or elected leader.
Q3.) How is the quality of a nation's military determined?
A3.) We determine the quality of a nation's military by looking at whether or not the majority of the military wears uniforms, how well they respond to orders, how developed their skills are in PvP and SvS, and how loyal and respectful they are to their superiors. The quality of a nation's military can also effect a nation's voting points, as it can improve the prestige of a nation. Prestige and quality can both be improved if a nation begins to win battles constantly, or performs exceptionally well in them.
