Romania officially apologizes for many reasons.
Romania apologizes for provoking Spain and what you may call "bullying them around". We would also like to apologize for making false claims and will retract any claims on regions of Russia and Sweden. We ask for forgiveness. Romania's actions were not just and ignorant.
